At 19 years old Noah was attending college in California. Excelling in his studies, Noah still found himself thinking he could do much more. After observing all of his options, he fell in love with the concept of a barbershop. Noah moved back to Massachusetts and attended New England Hair Academy. Every single teacher at the school contacted us at Hounds and told us about this new kid, who was extremely intelligent and willing to learn. After a few interviews we took him onto our team. Few barbers today can say they went through a traditional apprenticeship. Noah was put through the ringer. watching, observing, and learning the in’s and outs of the barbershop. Once Noah was put on full time, he jumped into the mix like he was family. He has had one goal since he started his barbering career, to deliver a perfect haircut with an exceptional service. His attention to detail excels even his peers expectations. Don’t let this his age fool you, Noah is a walking life lesson. Constantly expressing good energy onto everyone around him. You will leave his chair looking and feeling great. On the other side Noah continues to gamble away his money in silly Super Smash Brothers competitions with his boss James. Constantly striving to be the very best at everything he does, fortunately for us he excels at barbering far more than any video game. I can speak for us all when I say Noah has brought more laughs and wisdom to the shop then anyone ever has, this kid is going places.

Anthony Davis is the fifth member of the Hounds Team. This gentlemen graduated from Bryant university with a degree in business management. He spent a majority of his professional career managing high end hotels. It wasn’t until later in life that he realized barbering was his true passion. Between his genuine nature and impeccable sports knowledge (other than the fact that he foolishly thinks that Michael Jordan is better than Kobe Bryant) he may be one of the most entertaining to sit with. Anthony also holds the title for the oldest barber in the shop, rumor has it he was around when the barber pole was invented. So if you have any questions on barbershop history, he is your guy! Anthony has years of wisdom to give , and can make anyone in his chair feel like you guys have been friends for years.This cavalier is a true Barber.

Kyle Dalton is the fourth member of the Hounds team. He’s been cutting hair for five years now in an eclectic variety of shops in the metro west area making him well versed in all styles and cutting techniques. His cinematic knowledge is unrivaled by all and his expertise of comics and the superhero world is unmatched. The self-proclaimed kickball king of the East, Kyle, has a sizable collection of  Mr Rogers sweaters. You also may know him from his work in The Dark Knight Rises as the voice of Bane. All joking aside, Kyle is a great guy who spends a lot of time organizing charity dodgeball and other sporting events in his hometown. We are lucky to have this true gentleman on the Hounds Team.

Nolan Alberghini has been cutting hair since he was 15. From basements to classy barbershops, it is clear that Nolan has found his passion in cutting hair. Nolan is one of the most impressive barbers around. His sense of style and fashion combine to create a special blend of barbering. It is also true that if Nolan’s career in barbering never took off he could pursue his dream of being an Adam Levine stunt double. On a serious note Nolan is driven and motivated to be the best at anything he does. (Which is good because he works with some competitive barbers). In his free time, Nolan rides motorcycles and plays ping pong… Nolan is the second best rated ping pong player in the world beside his best friend James (Who is Number 1). He also enjoys long walks on the beach and piña coladas.

After beginning his barbering career at age 15 with an office chair and a hand-me-down pair of clippers, James knew this was where his future would lie. His competitive nature forces him to be the best in all aspects of life, from cutting hair to billiards, earning him the nickname “Shooter”. Mature and intelligent far beyond his years, this co-owner turns his focus to perfecting his craft. Specializing in the classic scissor cut and the smoothest of shaves, James will never disappoint. He is one of the few who can pull off wearing a suit and tie while flying by on his motorcycle… always keeping it classy. He is also currently ranked #2 in the world in professional table tennis (his best friend Nolan holds the #1 spot).

Shawn Prince is Hounds Barbershop & Co. ’s first employee. We could not have found someone more qualified to step up to the plate when we needed help running the store. His exceptionally clean and OCD nature shows in his haircuts. There will be not one hair out of place when Shawn is through with your haircut. Shawn Is extremely competitive, which is why he fits in here. He is not a talker, but you know he is 100% focused on your haircut. Some have called him Pablo Picasso. This “Barber of the Sea” known for his love of tuna, forever lives in the shadow of his two bosses. Constantly challenging them to various sporting events but never succeeding, Shawn’s pride will not let him quit. No challenge seems too great for Mr. Prince and he will attack every obstacle with unrelenting determination.
